WAITING 25 DAYS FOR IPHONE UNLOCK

Hi, I filled in form for my iphone unlocking and received email on 5th July saying you are getting my unlock and it will take up to 10 days, its now 25 days and my iphone is still not unlocked.

What can I do now? Can someone please contact me for the details as I really need to get this done urgent.

Hi @jlmmac123 it can take up to 30 days for the unlock to go through.

Have you tried a non Vodafone sim in your phone?

Thanks for thr reply. Yes I have tried and I even tried to submit the form again but received email saying:

Hello,
You recently asked us to unlock your phone so you can use it on another network. However our records show we have already unlocked it.

But obviously it is not unlocked, I took it to a local phone shop yesterday and they checked and said it is locked and to contact you as it normally takes only 2-3 days

It is usually pretty fast to unlock an iPhone but can occasionally take Apple 20-30 days to complete the unlock on their side after the request from Vodafone.

It can take Vodafone up to 7 days to confirm by email to a person they've requested the unlock to Apple so a 2-3 days timeframe the Shop suggested isn't probable. 

Is the non Vodafone SIM card your using definitely activated ?

If your using a MVNO SIM card thrn please try one of the other main Networks Sim Card. 

Hook up to iTunes which may help complete the Unlocking Process.

I went to my local phone Apple shop today and the guy checked also and informed me the iphone was still locked.

What shoud I do now as its almost up on 30 days

When the 30 days timeframe is up then please try a main Networks active SIM card and hook up to iTunes again. 

If no joy then phone 191 or use Live Chat and they'll probably either contact the Nuc Department on your behalf or supply you an email address to contact them directly.

Hello, the 30 days are up and the iphone is 100% locked. Can I just pass the info here for you to check pls, the chat does not seem to work and I really need to know whats going on. I attached the email received 5th July, but nothing after this
