What on earth is going on with the web site... Looking to see upgade options it says I'm not the account holder... and the same when trying to see Exclusive Offers... I've attached a screen shot so you can see what i mean. I'm the account holder and the only person with access... so whats it talking about????

Whenever a site seems to glitch for me I clear Caches and Cookies , close the browser and re launch which normally helps.
And or I try another browser.
If something like this does not help you then it could be Account based which could mean contacting Vodafone Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat.
