Pre ordered s6 edge 2 weeks ago and it's not with courier yet? Anyone order later than this and expecting theirs tomorrow?

Yes pre-ordered 3 weeks ago via online chat.  Was told although phone coming tomorrow my contract should change past midnight.  So far nothing has changed and I've spoke to 3 different people via online, 2 on the phone and no one can explain to me why I have not received any form of order confirmation - no emails or texts.  Just been off the phone now and was told I called too late and need to call back again tomorrow to chase up, but it was 'strange' that my order just says it was placed and is under 'negotiation'  -whatever that means.  Extremely unhelpful!  On 2 separate occasions I was promised a call back but no one has contacted me so far.  Will call tomorrow again to chase and am thinking of launching a formal complaint!

Have you tried the live chat? I think they are available 24 hours a day???

nope, i have contacted them 4 times already.  I understand that they would need to get through to another department about the order status but that is now closed, hence told to call back tomorrow.  The last couple of times i spoke to them online about the same thing, the wait was so long they promised to call me back and they didn't!  i just feel like I am going around in circles.

I know how frustrating it can be. The agents are so patronising. I hope it's all sorted for you.
