Website blocked by content control on broadband

I am trying to access some content on Mediafire being shared by a colleague and I get a strange error message stating that the certificate has an issue and when I progress I get another error Too Many Redirects and the URL changes to:

https://www.mediafire.com/www.vodafone.co.uk/contentcontrolpage/www.vodafone.co.uk/contentcontrolpag...

I have switched off Content Control on my account via the web, but it still remains blocked after 48 hours. It was working fine just before the weekend.

Please help.

Hi all,

We've raised this to the designated team for investigation and they've updated us on their findings.

The website is being blocked due to images included on the pages.

We are unable to have these images removed as we don't have any control over any third party websites.

However once the site has removed the material in question, this will allow the site to be unblocked.

what images are causing it to be blocked? no images look any different or special than any other website..
