When attempting to checkout it tells me:
Sorry there has been 1 error(s)
This field is mandatory. Please enter your title from the list
The only issue, there isn't a title box or dropdown visible. The field is hidden/missing.
I've tried this transaction in Chrome, Edge and IE and all afford the same results.
Time to get the devs involved to check and see what's up with the website.

Ah ok I see your issue...
I still get a slightly different screen when logged in though...
Is it a Sure Signal you were trying to order?
The steps I used are as follows (I did this in an incognito window to ensure no preexisting cookies or cahced data were interfering):
I wonder if the title is missing from your account...
If you log into My accoount online and navigate to the Personal details screen (under Manage Account settings) does it have the title correctly populated as below?

Sorry for the necroing of this old post.
I just finally got around to getting this resolved. I contacted vodafone support right after making the original posts and they made the corrections to my details on their side and it took a while to propagate throughout the system. Then I got busy and didn't get a chance to try it out again.
Tonight after calling BT and going round and roung with one of their support people I finally got fed up placed my order to switch from BT Infinity 2 to Vodafone Unlimited Fibre 76. Can't wait!
