When buying a new sim only contract i am just wondering when it will officially start, can I buy it then wait a few weeks before activating it? or does it start as soon as I buy it?
As mentioned by @63johnw, the SIM will be preactivated and the contract starts the day you receive the SIM. The first bill will be produced within 2 days of starting the contract. There is further information on your first bill below.
