Where Can I Top Up?

Hey,

I bought a Vodaphone mobile broadband stick recently, I'm on Pay as you go and all i want to know is where do i actually get the option to top up. On my account page there is no actual option to do it. I have already registered and when it asks for my sim number it just says it already exists. I just need to know the page where is where i can just simply top up.

I have exactly the same issue. Where is the mobile broadband top up page? The links go round and round and round, leading nowhere.

I have previously registered a card. I sign into my account, click on the top up link... and get taken to a completely irrelevant page regarding a pay as you go online demo. Why?

A Google search also yields nothing. Why is the top up menu apparently hidden? Don't Vodafone actually want our money? I need to top up and am very frustrated that I am unable to do this. I have topped up at least ten times previously, but am now using a different computer so the previous page bookmark and cookies are lost to me.

Ridiculous.

I have topped up online many times - I am not a new customer. The option to top up online has simply vanished from my account. I have been trying for two days now.

My boss has bought a Vodafone dongle with £15 credit on it. Unfortunately this has now run out and he has no idea how/where to top it up. I have registered him an account but he does not know if he has been registered correctly and is of the impression that he has been registered for a PAYG phone rather than mobile broadband. Could you please help? Many Thanks

Hi Flatman, welcome to the eForum!

The online billing facility through My Account for a dongle is exactly the same on the surface as it is for a phone. The confusion may come because a dongle has an eleven digit "mobile number" just like you get with a phone - this can be seen on the VMC desktop when using the dongle.

If the online registration is for a PAYG dongle, then the best way to tell, once you've logged on, is to check just below the number in the top left of the main section of the page, where you will see the details of your remaining data credit. This will only show with dongles, not phones.

Once logged on, the left hand column of options is where you'll find the top up options, however there are also other ways you can top up - check here for the details. The difference between a dongle and a phone is just that you need to top up £15 at a time for the dongles.

If you're still unsure if the online registration was set up properly, let us know and we'll send an email out. We'd need to speak to whoever the dongle is registered to to check it, but we'kll be happy to have a look.
