I have sent my phone (Sony Xperia z5 premium) for repair on 19th of Aug as it was not switching on. I have not been offered a courtesy phone and since had to do with a basic phone that I bought for the interim. I have since been on a wild goose chase, back and forth between the store, customer care and repairs. The progress has been really slow and I needed to make it a habit of calling up Vodafone daily to check what is happening with no end in sight as of now. Can some one please check what is happening?

@Dhulipala We can't guarantee a courtesy phone when you send off your phone for repair.
You'll be able to check the status of your repair online here.
