188.240.188.192/26 (188.240.188.194-254)

I’ve sent the details to our specialist team so they can be added to the whitelist - this may take up to 48 hours to update.

Thanks Natasha, that's great. My test SureSignal box is now working! I have another IP block to whitelist too please, but I'll start a new thread to keep it straight.
