I've had a SURE signal for years now, it's working fine for my number and my son's. Now I want to add my daughter's number to it, but when I login and go to Manage SURE signal I can't see any option to "add user" like there used to be. It's a corporate account.

Sorry, it looks as if the corporate account is quite different.
The best thing you can do is to contact 'Live help' or phone support on your mobile at 191,

Do you have an option to "Manage Users"? On my account, this is below Manage Device (or something like that).
Sometimes these things aren't too intuitive. Bring on an App!

When I login to the vf site I see the Sure Signal section with 3 options:
Register your SureSignal
Administer and manage you
Manage your SureSignal
When I click on Manage your SureSignal I see:
Status: Registered
Owner: (my name)
Location: (my postcode)
Your role: user
My options: Remove Me
When I click on "Administer and manage you" I see the same.
There used to be a box with a list of registered users but that is missing now.

Hi shollan,
It appears that VF have changed the Sure Signal access again!
Go to the main homepage in 'My Account'
There you will find the Sure Signal dashboard.
