Recently received iphone 6 and couldn't setup to connect to my home wifi. Tried turning off handset and turning back on, now just frozen and won't switch back on. Tried calling, support chat and now here. No response now then I walk, bye Vodafone
I would suggest going into a Vodafone Store and let the Staff have a look. If the Phone is faulty they will be able to arrange a repair. If you are within the 14 day cool off, they should be able to arrange a replacement.
Got it Monday so definitely in cooling off period. Trouble is im only getting Apple logo when trying to turn phone back on with screen intermittently flashing red before going back to Apple logo. Anyone come across this before?
