Why does my 3g not work?

Hi 

I live in Guernsey and have an iphone 6 with a UK sim card (not a guernsey sim)

My 3g works perfectly here in Guernsey but whenever I am in the UK or overseas I have the 3g sign at the top of the screen but it says my phone is not setup for data?

My sim is UK and pay as you go - I always have £30 plus on there.

Does anyone know if this is a setting or network issue?

Hi

I've heard that turning off the EU Internet toggle in Settings-Mobile/Cellular can help in some cases.

You could check with Customer Services and or Live Chat that your account looks set up ok. 'Contact us ' link at the foot of the forum.

Process of elimination: Can U try ure Sim in another phone2 rule out either the Sim or Phone which may be at fault.
