Why is the Vodafone Website such a mess, and why do you keep asking me to confirm my Sure Signal?

I changed from a BT hub 2 to a BT Hub 5 and Vodafone keeps texting me to confirm the details of my Sure Signal location. The website will not accept my "update" to the same location (the new one is sited in exactly the same place as the old one) and even calling the help line failed to stop the Text Messages even tho the operator confirmed my details were up to date.

It’s unusual that you’re unable to update your details on the website.

 

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and a different browser to see if this helps.

 

If neither suggestion works, post your Sure Signal serial number and we’ll take a look into this.
