Hello, I recently changed from payg (with online account) to a pay monthly sim. It took 9 days to port my number, which finally happened last Sunday. I then had to make a new online account as the PAYG one was cancelled. My sure signal box does not recognise the ported number. When I phoned to query this, I was told that I was not the registered owner of the box, but I most definitely am the owner. Despite me confirming all the relevant details (apart from what I had called the box) the advisor said she couldn't help me. All the sure signal details were linked to the old account which I don't have access to now. I hope you can help. Thank you.
