Wi-fi not working on LG G3 after yesterday's software update...?

I accepted the update yesterday on my LG G3, and since then, my wi-fi hasn't worked.

It says it's connected, but I can't do anything online; my mobile network still works fine.

What's going on...?

You probably need to go through a factory reset. That cures nearly all issues following on from a software update.

Thanks - but won't that delete all of my settings, etctera...?

It will so you'll need to make a note of settings and make sure that everything is backed up - contacts, photos etc. Of course they should be backed up anyway. There are apps to backup texts and call logs.

But it's the only way to cure your problem.
