Poor Customer Service!

My latest greviance with Vodafone is that I've been wanting to change my faulty handset for months now to no avail.

Can someone help in this regard as I'm just fed up having to explain my viewpoint, be it Cust Services or Vodafone Store Rep.

Andy, the moderator was quick to closed down the thread, but the issue is still on going. I replied to the email from a vodafone team member in the early hours of the afternoon yesterday but someone has yet to reply!

I have now been on the phone with vodafone for over 1 hr and 15 mins and am no further forward now than I was to start. I am on to person number 3. I have been disconnected twice and had to explain the problem 3 times.... Furious does not come close 😡
