WiFi dropping out

Hi, My Vodafone smart speed 6 has been connecting to my home wifi fine since we got it on 13/9. Today it is asking me to input my password every time, connecting for a few seconds and then losing the connection. anyone know why, and more importantly how to fix it? none of the other devices in the house are having the same issue

The first thing to try is making sure there are no firmware updates ready to be installed followed by a factory reset to clear out any bugs.

 

If there are still problems, it more than likely an issue with the WiFi on your phone and you will need to return the phone to Vodafone the way it came under the 30 day guarantee and ask them to replace the device.

I would suggest going into the phones wifi settings and 'forget the network ' then turn your phone off and on to soft reboot it and then re connect to your router.
