Hi Craftystitcher,
Please try the following;
- A different browser (such as Chrome)
- A different Wi-Fi connection
- Connect to iTunes to see if there is an update available
If you're still unable to view internet pages then there may be a fault with the phone. You can see information on arranging a repair here.
