Hello admin
I've just migrated to a new handset which required a new sim but staying on the same number (ending 543);
The sim is working but not yet picking up the 3g sure signal...
is there anything Vodafone need to do to re activate so it will connect to surebox?
For clarification it's the same number, already registered but with a new sim:
sure box #40133854360
(I had the same issue with another handset on the account but when I called customer services to enquire they somehow mangaged to delete the surebox account and had to make yet another call to set it all up again!!!)

Hi unsure,
Sometimes a replacement SIM means the Sure Signal needs resyncing. This can be done quickest by chatting to Live help, or by de-registering and registering the Sure Signal via My Vodafone.
I'm glad to see this sorted itself out though before I landed.
