Hi Guys,
I have followed the troubleshotting guide and my sure signal still won't connect.
It gets an IP address, I cannot connect to it. I have even tried reseting it but it will not following the reset procedure.
Help help help

Please could you follow the steps in the Sure Signal Troubleshooting Guide as this could resolve your issues.

struggling here and I think I am reasonably smart.....how do I get to the main forum page??? I can get to a page where I can search forums etc but nowhere do i see a button to start a new stream?

From this page scroll to the top of the page and click on Sure Signal (which will be underlined) now Click on New message.

Hi jbrines,
Can you confirm exactly what light sequence you are seeing?
What Version of Sure Signal you are using?
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
