Hi all,

 

I have the old sure signal V2.

 

I just wanted to know why it takes so freaking long until it works?

 

It used to work just fine all registered and I could take calls etc...

 

However it stopped working for some reason and I turned it off and back on again.

 

So far it has been 1 hour and still nothing. The first light keeps on flashing.

 

I am using fibre broadband so it's not my speed thats the issue.

 

any ideas anyone?

Is that light the power light? If it keeps flashing it probably has a fault.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
