Windows 7 wont allow me to instal my dongal k3565

Hi

I have a vodafone dongal k3565 have new laptop with windows 7, I have tried to install the VMC LITE 9.3.5.11690 it and it keeps coming up with square box with red X "This installation package could not be opened. verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.".

I have done all the updates that have come up on my laptop.. tried a few different ways of doing it downloaded the updated software off vodafone website but this still doesnt seem to work. i have checked my windows installer it says its for msi.. I have managed to install a Three network dongal on my laptop with no problems at all.

I have finally managed to get around the software issue.. i now have another problem i cannot seem to get it to connect i have full signal and its picking up vodafone edge and vodafone 3g.

I have removed your screen shot because it showed your USB mobile number.

It did prove useful to me however

It appears that you do not have any credit on your number.

Can you please top up and retry the connection.

The latest version of VMC has not yet had it's official release for the UK, and as such we do not yet support this. I would refrain from installing this software until it has being given its official UK release.

I have tried another dongal that does have credit on it and it does the same thing.. it connects on a different laptop even though it has no credit it just redirects you to vodafone to top up this usualy how i top it up..
