I have noticed vodafone don't offer many windows phones and non of the XL versions is this policy? I ask as I would like the 940XL when that is released.

Vodaphone Directly may not offer the phone of choice but you could check out other independents such as Carphone Warehouse as they do offer more choice occasionally and are typically unbranded too.

Or watch the Vodaphone main homepage for updates on what handsets are introduced.
