Hi Last week I received an email telling me that my Suresignal has been suspended due to inactivity. I had been away for a few days but surely not enough to warrant being suspended. All still seemed to be working well until today when I have no connection just the first two lights flashing. I checked online and that says it's active. My serial number is 40121446765. Please can you see if you can find out what is going on? Thanks

The results of a traceroute.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
