Okay just attempted to use the website ... I will never learn!!
Three times I have been sent a code to my phone and all it states is that my online administrator needs to approve me. But it is me?
It is my phone and I registered it??
Try and click the unclickable Remind them button and nothing happens.
On hold for over an hour and gave up, any ideas anyone?
2017 vodafone dealing are seriously making me consider whether I actually need a mobile phone

Something sounds amiss.
Maybe try Live Chat for Account access.

That's strange. I think that can sometimes happen with business phones (where an employer controls a number of contracts for their employees and 'administrates' all of the services and features on the numbers). I've not come across it for a regular personal number though.
Lee's advice is the best here, customer services or live chat should be able to explain more.

Oh well sod them, I am fed up to the high teeth of being on hold for an hour at a time. Live Chat are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
I wish they would just delete the online account so I can recreate but that sounds far too sensible for this useless lot. They cannot even reply to a complaint within the suggested timescale so what chance of them actually being proactive or come to think of it active at all.
