I've just recieved my monthly bill via text which made me have a look at my bill breakdown and i've just seen that over £900 has been brought forward to my account! why on earth has this happened it says its a bill adjustment its outrageous! what has caused this, need help asap!

The quickest way to find out what has happened is to use live chat for account access. They will be able to look at the charge and bill adjustment of £900.00 which is a large amount of money and find out what has happened. The benefit of using live chat is being able to download a transcript of the chat for your records and confirmation. This is especially invaluable when there is a large amount of money involved.

Wow that's a large chunk of cash.
Id suggest to call Customer services on 191 and ask them to access your account and if necessary put you through to billing @alex26
