hello all
i have set up my email account on my new passport but emails are not being pushed to it automatically.
instead i have to set email settings to sync every 5 minutes
in reality, and as with previous blackberries that i have owned, emails should simply come thru immediately and automatically without any need to sync
i wonder whether vodafone have given me incorrect apn settings or something, or whether vodafone even realise i am using a blackberry on their network
any help would be appreciated please
(my email is a POP3 account)

Hi @Property17,
As your connection is working normally and you're able to receive emails, it won't be an APN issue.
We don't require a BlackBerry feature on any of the new models, so that shouldn't be the issue either.
I'd recommend factory restoring the phone and setting up your email again.
