blank screen

My phone has been working fine all day and then all of a sudden the screen goes blank and does nothing, the phone is still on and fully charged so no idea why. Help?

Which android phone are you using ?

Have you tried a soft reboot by turning it off, battery pull if removable,then reinsert and turn back on. 

Another option is a Hard Reset. 

Google Hard Reset followed by the make and model of your phone. Be aware this will delete saved information in your phone. 

If nothing works then it could be hardware related so if the phone was directly supplied by Vodafone then you could pop into a Vodafone high street store and they'd send it off for you. They apply 24 month warranties on android phones. This wouldn't however cover issues caused by a drop or water damage n

If acquired from a 3rd party then you'll need to approach them for help.
