Hi my wife is trying to set up our new Vodafone broadband but keeps getting this error message.
she has installed Google Chrome but this hasn't helped.
she phoned customer services who were extremely unhelpful.

I can't contact the broadband support team as I am abroad. They won't speak to her on the phone as she isn't me. It's a ridiculous situation.

Your Wife needs authority over the account. You should still be able to use live chat from abroad using the link. If you answer the security questions and ask them to add your Wife to the list of having full authority over the account, they should be able to talk to her.
