Hi! Can I change my bundle to lower price bundle online? Now i have 15 punds bundle with 1GB dta, 250 minuts and unlimited texts. Can I change it to 10 pounds bundle?

Only if you are not in a contract but in your upgrade period or on a 30 day SIM only contract.

During a contract you can only increase the price not reduce it.
