WRT do your magic.
I signed up to vodafone broadband at the bedford store - before signing up we asked on 191, live chat, and in store if circumstances were to change could the broadband be moved into my partners number (I signed it up as i had all the mobiles in my name at that point) and all said that would be fine as it's "just a transferral of ownership."
Circumstances have changed and as a result the change of ownership went through for two mobiles and attempted with the broadband.
We were told the broadband could be moved but now glasgow are claiming it can't be moved into my missus name but has to stay in my name only.
We signed the contract for service on the premise we could transfer it if required now it looks like were stuck hence I'm calling on the help of the WRT
(C/S could not help or understand the situation for some random reason)

Hi,
I would suggest having a rummage around in the T&C's for that service to see if Transfer of Ownership is possible.
How long has the account been running ? I.e. Are you past any relevant cooling off period.
Another possibility is to change Bank Account details to your partners for the bill to come out from. If that's the issue.
