Hi there. You should not have to change anything to do with your Vodafone sure signal device when you change ISP. However, if you have upgraded from ADSL to fibre, read on.

A Vodafone sure signal device that works perfectly well on an ADSL connection may simply stop working when it is connected on a faster fibre optic connection.

Here we have both – an ADSL connection and a fibre optic connection. The suresignal works most of the time on the ADSL connection but it simply will not work on when it is connected to the fibre optic connection.

It is not a matter of open ports or firewall settings or anti virus software. I am an IT professional and I have spent a lot of time trying to get our Vodafone sure signal device to work on the fibre optic connection. It simply will not work.

Thanks for the response. I tried resetting it several times and it eventaually worked with BT fibre optic
