Go into my computer > dial up networking > right click on dialer > goto properties.
check correct modem is selected in connect using. If incorrect click on drop down list and pick correct modem.
click on OK and try connecting again.
If that fails go into control panel > modems > check to see if correct modem is installed. if not remove modem and re-install.
If that does not work try creating a new dialer.
Give that a try and see how you get on
If you need help with anything further please get in touch

Hi Xolaniss,
Shame to read that Katrina's advice didn't help. Can you try downloading and installing the latest full Vodafone Mobile Connect suite, which contains a number of Windows 7 compatibility fixes, such as updated drivers to be recognised etc...
After installing, please reboot and retry.
Failing this, let me know and I'll have a work with one of our Windows experts who may be able to shed some light on the matter!

Hi xolaniss.
It's annoying when this happens.
I've just tested the download on my computer and my dell mini 9 and it worked fine on both.
Have you tried downloading this via a 3rd party connection?
All the best
