error mesage Wont let me register sure signal

I bought a econd hand sure signal box from ebay, i have been told It has been fully de-registered by the old user. But everytime i put the serial number and my details in and go to click the 'Add users' button to add my number it comes up with an error message at the top off the page saying 'sorry we are having technical problems at the moment please try again in a few minuites' i have been trying for several hours now and it keeps saying the same thing. I have zero signal in my new house and only have my vodafone mobile phone, hence why i need the sure signal up and running nowand i need it done online

Th 24/7 team on chat are no help at all, i do not have a landline or signal here so i need some one from the tech team to take my details and register it for me!!!! please help i need signal as i work from home and my business depends on being able to contact people. Very unhappy with the service i have recieved so far, its been almost a week and no one will help

The site is back up and running now, can you clear your cache and cookies and try again? 

If you let me know the Sure Signal serial number I can check that it's definitely deregistered for you.
