galaxy note 4 wont charge!

Ive had the phone about a week and its all of a sudeen stopped charging. If i plug the carger in it doesnt show as charging and if i turn the phone off and try it just keeps vibrating every couple of seconds?
Ive tried my charger in a different phone and it works in there... any advice?

Hi there

It is either an issue with the charger or the cable or the handset. As you have tried the charger with a different phone and it works, I would suspect it is a fault with the phone. I'd advise you to take it to a Samsung Repair Centre and have them look it over.

Are you using the Original Charger that came with the phone?

With the Note 4 which has got a Quick Charge Function only works with certain chargers.

With other chargers it can take over 7 hours to fiully charge Note 4 and that is if you switch it off. And if you carry on using the phone, you will find the battery level going down.
