hi, I have bought a Samsung galaxy s5 on payg and was informed it was unlocked it after trying it, its locked.

Hi there

 

You will need top up with £20 to cover the cost of the unlocking and then take a look at this link for more information on how to get your device unlocked including a link to the NUC request form.  Also, where did you buy the phone from as Vodafone only sell the S5 Mini on PAYG - unless you have the S5 Mini?

Hi,

I bought the normal Samsung galaxy S5 for £279 plus 10 top up it was in offer at the Vodafone shop.
