giving positive feedback for a Vodafone store

Hi all,

Sorry if this is in the wrong place,

Id like to give some feedback for my local Vodafone store, the service they have provided me with my Iphone 4 has been superb, not only that but they seem to know more about Apple phones that than Apple themselves.

Any help from a Mod regarding this would be appreciated.

My local store is Bromsgrove in Worcestershire,

The two guys in question are Dave and Jamie, Jamie in particular has helped me a few times recently rather than having the hassle of dealing with Apple in Birmingham.

This is very positive indication why im in my 6th+ year with Vodafone.

I would just like to leave some positive feeback about the service i received yesterday in the Liverpool, Church Street store. I went in not really knowing what i wanted but the memeber of staff, lovely girl called Iram was really patient and went through all my options. the system was not working properly so i was in there for over an hour, other members of staff, incuding the manager, came over to see if they could help and they were chatting away to me, we ended up having a really good laugh. The time flew by and ive come away with the perfect phone for me (samsung galaxy). I would just like to say thank you to Iram and the rest of the staff for being so friendly and making it a postive experience. I would, and will, highly recommend this store and its members of staff.

I hope this can be relayed to store for me. 

 

I went into the Southampton Vodafone store and was served by a trainee called Daniel while i was upgrading my phone and tariff.

I wanted to pass on on my thoughts on the service.  Daniel is a trainee dispite that he is still learning he did provide excellent customer service. he was assited by Issac when he needed help, and then they were both supported by Anu when it was trying to charge the full amount for the phone rather than the upgrade fee. I have to commend Anu, i did mention this to her in store, but she did a fantastic job supporting Daniel. She was asking him questions to test and stretch his knowledge of the system while helping him correct the issue.  Very nice to see some good training going on. Issac was helping Daniel, but there was less explanation of how and why, rather it was just 'click here' etc. 

 

very memorable visit to the store, its a great team, and we had a good laugh during my time instore. very friendly team.

I would like to leave some positive feedback for the Guildford Vodafone store which I visited today (Friday 30 July 2017).

 

I popped into the store to check if I could upgrade my phone and tariff and I was served by Angel, James and Sam. The service provided by the staff could not have been better!  They were all really friendly, professional and so very knowledgable and helpful.  I left the shop with the new phone I was after, the exact phone services I wanted (and more!), my phone fully set up (with all info transferred over (down to all my apps being in the same location as my last phone and a screen protector too)) all for a reasonable price.  Moreover I left the store with a massive smile as the staff were just a delight to be assisted by! The instore Samsung specialist knowledge in particular is a fantastic extra service offered to clients.

 

The staff are a real asset to Vodafone and I just wanted to pass on my positive experience directly to Vodafone to make sure credit is placed where it is due.
