last month i got stung for a £100 data bill for going over my allowance.this month i have used the app to monitor my remaining allowance. Come the end of the month i had 2 days to go and 12gb left. The following day i had 1 day remaining but my data allownce rolled over on the 29th of the month not the 30th. I lost 12gb of data i had been holding back to upload all my work to my soundcloud profile. I tried the live support chat but it takes an hour to ask a question. The reponse was very poor advising that my bill says it rolled over on the 29th and this was clearly stated on my bill. I am not able to access the bill untill after the end of the data period. How do i know when vodaphone will decide what the end of the month is??? it seems to change to suit them.......

I assume due to the weekend they'll be busier.
Have you tried calling 191 and they'll go through with you in regards to your account.

aah yes just tried that. waited 5 mins on hold then got 3 loud beeps and got cut off. tried again, same thing. opted for them to call me back in aprox 5 mins, 25 mins ago. I dont use vodafone for my voice, just a data dongle so that has cost me now on top of my data......got to love customer service..... proving to be a right pain in the rear.. I've already had to install the voda app 3 times, placing the voda sim into my "3" phone which resets all my phone settings. 3 months in and nothing but hassle starting to wish i hadn't bothered.
