how long after registering a new sim to use ss?

Hi just moved to a micro sim.

Registered, and all working. But not with my sure signal.

I recall having read that would happen. But how long will it take?

So the trouble shooter says it can take up to two hours.

After that you have to register it to some one else remove your number, pull down your trousers, and register it back to yourself.

I can't do that because I don't know anyone else who I can do it with. Do we think cs can do it?

so whilst i'm obviously talking to myself. CS fixed it with a simple resync. glad i didn't do all the ownership changes suggested in the trouble shooter.

one thing i would say is that CS sent me a text message telling me to hold down the volume button, camera and power button. the vulcan nerver pinch. which would have completely restored my phone to shipping condition.
