Hi
Insert your SIM card into another handset and then request that your PIN Number get sent to your number. When you have that then enter that into the phone that Vodafone Protect has locked and hooefully it should work.
An alternative if that does not work is a Hard Reset which returns the phone to how it came out of the box but beware this would delete any saved data in your phones memory.
