iPhone 5 Unlocking

Shnibely
1: Seeker

Hi, I was on a contract with vodafone on my iPhone 5 for 2 years, which has recently come to an end.

I requested through 191 that they port my number as I was getting a PAYG plan on GiffGaff now that my contract had ended and they gave me the PAC code.

After porting my number it turns out my phone (which I bought at the apple store) is now locked to my vodafone SIM and can't be used on giffgaff.

I filled out an unlock form request and it says they are unable to find my number, and when I try to log into myvodafone it's like my account doesnt even exist anymore (im guessing you guys terminated it because I left).

All I want is my phone to be unlocked, my IMEI number is 013625007385361

As all phones Apple sell are unlocked unless a carrier contract is taken out at the same time you must have asked Apple to include a contract with Vodafone.
You will need to ask Apple to inform Vodafone go the IMEI number and confirm they sold the phone to you. Once Vodafone have that confirmation you will be able to get the phone unlocked.
