iPhone 5 not connecting to sure signal

I have just bought a new pay as you go iphone 5 and it won't connect or get a signal from sure signal. I have tried resetting it and turning the phone on and off to airplane mode. I transferred my number and it was active on sat night but it still wot pick up sure signal. Any help to sort this would be much appreciated its driving me crazy! The serial is 40120225186

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Ihave still had no joy. There is one other phone registered to suresignal and it is still working fine. I transfered the ownership on the account and re added my phone but still nothing. Here is the information you wanted.

I've forced a resync of the VSS. Could you factory reset it and let me know if you need more help?
