Hi,
My sure signal serial is 40113851659
I have been using an iPhone 4 and have upgraded to an iPhone 5. In the process, I've moved my number to and activated a new Nano SIM.
This Nano SIM doesn't seem to be registering with my sure signal (despite picking up 'normal' Vodafone signal without a problem).
How do I fix this?

Time.
something must have woken up overnight because it was using the sure signal this morning (5.30am) and continues to work fine. I guess something just needed some time to update.

Hi guys,
Gabs26 - I've taken another look and there appears to have been a couple of recent location changes after James' last post. This can be either a physical or virtual location change, so tweaks by the ISP can cause this to come up.
I've resynced again to make sure this picks up the latest settings. Can you try another hard reset for me?
If it keeps up, we'll try a different approach to address these. It's possible a minor issue like this is what's causing your greater issues.

sparkerfix - There's no sign that a number has been removed and re-added on the system from the 21222191898 Sure Signal. I've done a resync, so can you try a factory refresh, but if this doesn't pick up can you remove the number from the Sure Signal completely and re-add it?
I've also performed a resync for the 21197166057 Sure Signal. As with Gabs26 above, this one was showing a location change, so that may have been causing the further issues. A factory reset should help clear this.

thanks for your reply. Have just done another reset on my ss, will see if this worked but I have my doubts. Recently receive messages stating I moved my ss box and have to update my post code. Box has not moved from its place for a very long time and certainly never moved out of the postcode. Another issue as now appeared .......my husbands IPhone 4 which always had full signal thanks to the ss box suddenly stopped having service for the last two days. It's a corporate phone which he needs to have access to 24hours, he is not happy and very concerned.
HELP PLEASE I am paying for a expensive service I do not have.

everyday I get home I think the joy of having a full signal was just a dream and I will be back to one bar or no service! BUT full signal is still with me and I am a happy person ( finally). Thanks again. I hope you are getting a pay rise soon!

Having same problem as everyone else. New i phone 5 not connecting to VSS. Previous i phone 4 worked fine once techteam sorted me out!
Have tried everything suggested & hubby's Samsung connected so please can I have a re sync?

I have similar problem to other users. My brand new iphone 5 doesn't connect to my sure signal. The only difference is - that phone number was never connected to it. My phone number was ported from O2 network 2 days ago. I have registered it with sure signal, waited overnight, and still cannot pick up any signal. My wife's iphone 4s connects with no problems (despite change of phone recently. She was on iphone 4, now she is on iphone 4s).
I have tried resetting VSS (got newer model, with 3 lights), I have tried deleting and registering my phone number again, still no luck. Only very low 2g mixed with ''no service' at my flat.
My box SN is: 40120207002
Can this be resynced on VF side please?
