iPhone 5S - Call Merge / 3-Way Calling

Hello,

Does anyone know how to get 'Call Merge / 3-Way Calling' to work on the iPhone 5S? 

I've used it before on my iPhone but for some random reason it stopped working.

I've called up but they said it should be fine and to do a hard reset but no luck with that.

Anyone else having this problem?

Conference calling has to be enabled from customer service, kindly give them a call to make sure it is If it is, then go to settings -> Carrier, switch automatic off, choose anything other than Vodafone until your phone has no service then choose Vodafone UK again

Hi simonhodgkiss, 

Conference calling is automatically set up on our new price plans, so this doesn't seem to be the issue. 

At what point are you experiencing issues? I've done a quick Google search on the issue and can't find any known problems.

Still having same problem on iPhone 6 Plus!!!!

Even tho I'm told its turned on???

I simply try calling myself from the house phone and making a call on the iPhone 6 plus.

When I click merge call on the iPhone it doesn't do anything at all.

Finally tech team fixed it for me!!!!!! Or the iOS 8.1 update fixed it!

Does anyone have a solution for this? Merge call is not working on two seperate vodafone accounts, an iphone 5 and iphone 5S. Vodafone say that conference calling is enabled on both accounts.

I would call them again. I had to call them at least 6 times maybe then finally it started working on my iPhone 6 plus.

Please make sure that both of the phones are o the latest version of IOS.
