iPhone 5S Unlocking..

On Thursday 21st of August, I sent an unlock form to vodafone regarding my iPhone to be unlocked. When sent, I did not receive any reference number or email back, and now I am still waiting after 48 hours for ATLEAST a reference number. I called up for customer care and they said they couldn't check my tracking number. Can someone please help me..

You should have had a reference number sent through via email.  As you haven't, it would indicate that your request hasn't been received.  Please try submitting it again and see if you get any automated response this time.  If not, one of the eForum Team will need to look into the issue for you and will be along in about 24 - 48 hours to do so.

NUC requests can take up to 7 – 10 working days if we need to get in touch with your phone’s manufacturer.

With an iPhone if you sync up to your iTunes with a non Vodafone SIM, you can see if the NUC has been processed.

If not, get in touch with us here and we’ll look into this for you.
