All I can say is they're a joke, after 3 years of being a customer I am done with Vodafone.
I'm actually laughing at the contracts you're offering, how are they in anyway competitive?
Vodafone: There is a plan at £35.50 which would offer 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 250mb data. The upfront charge is £229
So in effect I will be paying £21 a month for that allowance only (minus the phone cost which is absolutely fine).
