Hi
I am having such terrible problems with my iPhone 6 recently. Family and friends are about to disown me due to not being able to call me or texts getting through to me. When they ring, it doesn't even give an option to leave message, it just says "send a text". Texts (if they come in at all) are sometimes late. I have been in to Vodafone 2 weeks ago and they said it could be SIM, so I have had a new one. But I still have the same problem. Went in to Vodafone shop today, and the guy told me it is apparantly a network problem, and it is happening to him too. He couldn't help me. He told me to ring Customer Care, which I have done, and there is a waiting time of 50 minutes. Ridiculous. I cant select the call back option - because it's pot luck they will get through to me!
I've rebooted, soft booted, switched settings for Network provider, and switched back. Checked network coverage and it all appears OK. I am very unhappy..... likely to switch providers and handset.
Can anyone please HELP 😞

Hi Bandofbrothers, thank you for your suggestions. I will certainly try all you have posted to help elimination process. I am so unsure whether it is phone or network. Will respond in here asap 😉
Thanks again!

Hi bandofbrothers1,
As promised I tried the SIM in another phone, which was my old iPhone 5 I have here. Exact same problem with that - not receiving texts, my texts arriving late when I have sent them. So come to the conclusion it isn't the phone...... as it is a new SIM card too, unlikely feel it could be that either? Not sure.
I checked the vodafone coverage, and my postcode/location is highlighted as "indoor and outdoor" coverage (3G).
None of this makes any sense and I fear I am going to have to join that very long que to talk to services. I appreciate your thoughts 🙂
Thanks in advance!
