iPhone 6 plus SIM only

I've decided to buy the new phone outright from apple and keep my current SIM only plan that I have running on my iPhone 5. Can I just take my SIM out and pop it in the new phone and I'm ready to go next week or do I need to call Vodafone to set this up? Thanks in advance for any advice offered.

If they use the same size sim, then that is all that is needed.

If you need a different size, then popping into a vodafone store will get your service swapped over
