iPhone 6 plus nano SIM swap not working

It has been almost 2 weeks and my New nano SIM is still not activated. I call in every day and every time someone else promises that it will be working within 24 hours or that they have forwarded to the higher technical team. ALMOST 2 WEEKS! 

 

I am very disappointed with Vodafone. Nothing is ever working. What am I suppose to do. Clearly the higher technical team is not doing anything to help. Nobody is calling me to solve the problem and I don't have time or energy to call in every single day to ask and explain about my sim not being activated. 

 

What should I do? This is unacceptable service.

Have they tried sim swapping to another new Nano Sim as the one you have may be faulty.
