For anyone that has had the charge applied I spoke to the
Vodafone Social Media Team and they have removed the charge. So I guess that is the way to do it.

Thanks, will have to try that as I don't want to pay for the phone until it is ready for delivery as I was told they don't know when I will get it. Am happy to pay the day it is dispatched!
